About Carlos Migoya Jr.
Carlos Migoya Jr. opened the Migoya Law Firm in 2006, thinking it would be a great opportunity to help clients while giving them the dignity and respect that they deserve.
Before that, he enjoyed playing rugby, getting to read classic literature, and cooking Cuban food via phone calls with his grandma while going to Florida State University for a bachelor in History and English Literature. Law School at the University of Denver was an amazing experience that still puts a huge smile on Carlos' face. During that time he was introduced to criminal defense through a former prosecutor who pushed him into the public defender's office, learned to love snowboarding, and made many lifelong friends. He still loves to cook Cuban food, although now his grandma's voice only gets heard in his head while in the kitchen.
Carlos' true passion has always been standing up to bullies. Whether it was the 8th graders while he was in 4th, Seniors while a Freshman, or now Prosecutors and Insurance Companies while a Solo Practitioner, Carlos never backs down from a challenge. That passion drives his dedication to giving a voice to his clients today.
He has been practicing as an attorney since 2004 in Colorado. Handled matters involving traffic, car accidents, DUI's, harassment, personal injury, assault, menacing, possession and distribution of controlled substances, sex assaults, attempted murders and more.
Over a decade after opening Migoya Law Firm, Carlos is as hungry to help people slay those legal monsters as when he started. If you need help with a traffic, criminal or personal injury matter call him now to get started.
